ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Your retreat experience includes food, drinks (alcoholic beverages), airport transportation (from CUN), and all listed tours and activities. Additional services (spa, horseback riding, zip-lining) are available for additional fees. Airfare is not included. Click the invitation above to stay updated on ticket releases and final details.
Total cost: $5,500. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. This retreat is offered at a reduced rate thanks to generous donations to The October Hour, PLLC.
Voyager Services
5-Session
Odyssey Intensive
1hr│ $250 │ in-person or online
Service Description
5-Session Odyssey Intensive is an immersive experience where you’ll unveil your truest, most empowered Self. Explore the roots of your emotional patterns, deepen your understanding of love and identity, and open the door to living your desired life with clarity and freedom. This experience focuses on finding your confidence, reducing your stress, mastering your imagination to better your inner wellness and cease self-erosive behaviors. You'll collect personalized artifacts that tell your unique story and help to guide you toward the life you desire as your favorite Self.
Two session minimum ($650 total) with subsequent sessions costing $250 each.
Quest Seeker
Service Description
1hr │ $300 │ in-person or online
Quest Seeker includes weekly, biweekly, or as-needed individual sessions with Dr. Kay and access to select side quests one to three times a week. If you have not attended the Odyssey Retreat, the first session is $550 and lasts up to two hours for the in-depth meeting and understanding of this new style of delivering care, and there is a minimum commitment of two sessions since personalized materials are curated and delivered during this time.
Price ranges from $300 to $410 a week depending on selected services.
Stargazer
Service Description
1hr │ $375 │ in-person or online
Stargazer includes weekly or twice weekly individual sessions with Dr. Kay, access to select side quests three to five times a week, and a monthly personalized voyager package. If you have not attended the Odyssey Retreat, the first session is $550 and lasts up to two hours for the in-depth meeting and understanding of this new style of delivering care, and there is a minimum commitment of two sessions since personalized materials are curated and delivered during this time.
Price ranges from $375 to $425 a week depending on selected services.
Wave Rider
Service Description

Wave Rider includes weekly or twice weekly individual sessions with Dr. Kay, access to all side quests and odyssey boosts two to five times a week, and a monthly personalized voyager package. Price ranges from $375 to $575 a week depending on selected services.
Wave Rider: Vessel Insight
Wave Rider services with preselected side quests and odyssey boosts that best support personal nutritional changes and movement engagement. Includes barre exercise and stretches up to five times weekly, daily nutritional check-ins, and weekly goal insights.

Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment two days (48 hours) ahead of your appointment start time to avoid being charged the entirety of your appointment cost. If you are experiencing issues through the website in attempting to cancel or reschedule, please email us right away with your booking information and your requested actions (to cancel or reschedule). You will be charged in full if you send an email to cancel or reschedule after the 40-hour mark prior to your appointment.
