Organizational Services

Organizational Design
Projects involve research and analysis to provide a structural blueprint for implementing the creation or enhancement of essential programs within an organization. Specialities include clinical support groups, employee engagement and wellness, and student services utilization.

Wellness Workshops
Seminars may focus on various aspects of health, wellness, or organizational structure, highlighting how the key elements impact the individual, the group, and related entities. Presentations are appropriate for leadership teams, community outreach events, and student and clinical groups ages 11 and beyond.

Consultation
Meetings are structured conversations for clinical or organizational inquiries. Discussions prioritize client welfare, consider therapeutic responsibilities, emphasize authentic alliance, and outline effective models for system function and employee performance. Assessments for career fit and job transition are extensive and available the individual - not available for company-wide use of employee fit.
Sessions are offered for individuals and couples (romantic, familial, platonic, professional) when appropriate.
Evidence-based techniques include ACT, CBT, DBT, CPT, and other interventions founded in the humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic theoretical works.
