Refund Policy
There are no refunds for Home Study Guide Courses. Once purchased, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to complete the course. Only upon completion of the course material and passing of the post-test will you receive your CE certification. For Guide Credentialing, you will only have access to schedule the required subsequent consultation sessions and request materials once you've completed the post-test.
