Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment two days (48 hours) ahead of your appointment start time to avoid being charged the entirety of your appointment cost. If you are experiencing issues through the website in attempting to cancel or reschedule, please email us right away with your booking information and your requested actions (to cancel or reschedule).
