Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your training course three days (72 hours) ahead of your course start time to avoid being charged the entirety of your training cost. If you are experiencing issues through the website in attempting to cancel or reschedule, please email us right away with your booking information and your requested actions (to cancel or reschedule). You will be charged in full if you send an email to cancel or reschedule after the 64-hour mark prior to your training. There are no returns or refunds for the purchase of self-paced training courses.
